Rodeway Inn - Concord

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and comfortable air conditioning. The staff's kind help with my old parents during my first visit left a lasting impression. I recommend it for a cozy stay!

I liked the location because I had a meeting closeby.

There was a lot of construction and not enough parking close to the area I was in.

The pool water was clear.

At best, this is a construction worker motel.

Staying with my family, we appreciated the convenient location. Housekeeping did a fantastic job despite it being a busy holiday weekend, keeping our room clean and stocked, a relief with the little kids around.

My wife says that more parking spots would really help families.

Nothing. This place made me want to cry as soon as entered the room. I was not happy with the hotel and cleanness. It is not worth the money and not in a safe place to stay especially being girls alone. Definitely not considering the name brand hotel Ever...again. Had to check out due to the manageable conditions.

Hotel looked like Bates Motel but 3x worse. It was completely rundown and needs to be closed off to the public. The room was not cleaned and smells like mildew. The bed was falling apart and bottom was completely open. Asked to speak with the manager for refund and was told no. The room was not up to code and the image on the link does not look like the hotel we expect. The tub was stained so bad that it looked like someone died in it. Very disappointed with the lack of maintenance, customer service and overall aspect.

Its staff are wonderful.

great access to parks and nearby attractions for city strolls

As a solo traveler, this place met my needs, though i noticed no breakfast was offered .

The bed was hard my reservation was cancelled then I had to do another didn't look like the room in the pucture tub was dirty and toilet room smelled towels and sheets was not clean so I had to go buy some just a awful experience

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Quiet (but half of hotel is under renovations)

Half of rooms are being renovated and the other half are waiting their turn. If small things like knobs missing on a drawer or a tear in the shower curtain don't bother you, this is an adequate place to crash at night.

This place is run down look like it should be condem back side of the building look ready to fall down

Staff was friendly.

Back side of hotel being torn off. Hotel is slanted/uneven floors. Stairs going up are very uneven and our room was "tilted". It literally felt like the entire building was going to cave in.

I liked the room with a very comfortable bed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It had a microwave and a refrigerator. Particularly good and magnificent location for short stay, all was great.

Wifi connection was poor and the pen in my room was dried out, so I had to walk to the front desk to get another, operational, writing utensil.

The front door had a gap we could see the ground outside. In the morning we could hear everything, staff speaking footsteps, and dogs barking. It was freezing our heat stopped working. And to top it off a roach was on our wall. Oh last thing sandwich in the refrigerator.
